Section 1 Definitions and Introduction

"jelly bdt" refers to this platform and all online gaming and sports betting services provided through it. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform and is using the service. "Account" means each member's own registered profile. "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in an account.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

Section 2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use jelly bdt's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 may register on or play on this platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You reside in Bangladesh and are using this service voluntarily.
• The information you have provided in your name is complete, true, and accurate.
• You are not legally restricted from using any online gaming service.

If false information is provided, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

Section 3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. The mobile number, name, and address provided at registration must be accurate.

3.2 Password and Login Credential Security

Your username and password are strictly confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. The responsibility of keeping the account secure rests entirely with the member. If unauthorised access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jelly bdt may request identity verification from a member when necessary. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this process is completed.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits on jelly bdt can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Similarly, these same methods can be used for withdrawals, with a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, it may take somewhat longer.

Funds deposited must come from the user's own legitimate source. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jelly bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• jelly bdt reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus terms at any time.

Section 6 VIP Program and Cashback

jelly bdt's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP level upgrades depend on the user's overall activity and contribution.

Section 7 Game Rules

7.1 General Rules

Playing on the jelly bdt platform is entirely voluntary. Each game has its own rules and following them is mandatory. If a technical error causes the outcome of a game round to be uncertain, the platform reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, only bets placed before an event begins are valid. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Odds may change during live betting, and the user will be notified if a bet is not accepted.

7.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games are operated according to the rules of the software provider. The RTP (Return to Player) of each slot game is stated on its own page and represents a long-term mathematical expectation, not a guarantee of results in any single session.

Section 8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Any attempt to cheat or hack the platform's software or gaming system.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using another user's account or playing with funds from a third party.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

If any prohibited activity is proven, jelly bdt reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit the balance without notice.

Section 9 Responsible Gaming

jelly bdt believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. Our responsible gaming guidelines help members play within healthy limits. Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options are available on the platform.

Adult members share partial responsibility for keeping those under 21 away from this platform. Leaving an account logged in in a family setting or disclosing login details to minors is dangerous.

Section 10 Personal Data and Privacy

How the personal information collected at registration is used and kept secure is described in detail in our privacy policy. jelly bdt uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to protect members' information.

Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties. However, it may be necessary to provide information to authorities due to legal obligations or fraud investigations.

jelly bdt has a mobile app available for both Android and iOS, obtainable through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply in full to use of the app.

jelly bdt's customer support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bangla and English. Any complaint must first be raised with the support team. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may request a review at a higher level.

Section 13 Closing an Account

13.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may close their account voluntarily. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonuses or cashback cannot be claimed after the account is closed.

13.2 By the Platform

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, jelly bdt reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account.

Section 14 Limitation of Liability

jelly bdt will not be liable for financial losses arising from gaming. The platform also has limited liability for losses caused by technical disruptions, internet issues, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if deposited funds are lost due to a technical error, they will be returned through the appropriate process.

Section 15 Changes to Terms

jelly bdt reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
